Welcome to MentoraPeak, a peak-performance mentoring platform designed for executives and leaders. By accessing mentorapeak.pro (referred to as MentoraPeak, we, us), you agree to these terms.

1. Services Overview

MentoraPeak delivers three types of offerings: personalized mentoring sessions, digital learning materials, and branded merchandise. Each category is governed by the provisions below.

1.1 Mentoring Sessions

Our one-on-one or group sessions are tailored to executive development, strategic leadership, and performance optimization. Scheduling is managed via email or our contact form. Sessions must be booked at least 14 days in advance.

1.2 Digital Learning Materials

These include downloadable guides, e-courses, and templates. Access details are sent after purchase. Materials may not be redistributed or transmitted to third parties.

1.3 Branded Merchandise

We offer select physical items such as notebooks, apparel, and accessories. All merchandise is subject to availability and is shipped from Switzerland.

2. Fees and Payment

Payment is due upon purchase or booking. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and local bank transfers. All fees are in Swiss francs or other indicated currency. Prices exclude any customs duties in your region.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. Details per offering type are outlined below.

3.1 Mentoring Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least seven days before a scheduled session. If notice is provided seven or more days prior, you may reschedule without any charge. If notice is provided less than seven days ahead, no refund is permitted due to time being reserved exclusively. However, you may apply the fee to a future session within six months of the original date.

3.2 Digital Learning Materials

Requests for a refund must be submitted within fourteen days of purchase and before significant use of the material (less than ten percent of content accessed). Approved refunds will be processed to the account used for payment within fourteen business days. After this window or once content access exceeds the limit, no refund will be granted.

3.3 Branded Merchandise

You may send merchandise back in unused condition within thirty days of delivery. To initiate this process, contact us via the contact form. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once the package arrives and quality is confirmed, a refund will be processed to your payment account within fourteen business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and design elements on mentorapeak.pro are the property of MentoraPeak or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MentoraPeak is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or any loss arising from the use of our services or materials. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at mentorapeak.pro and is effective upon publication.
